Stuart Sargeant, the principal designer and programmer behind KellyDown, has over 40 years of experience in the Oil and Gas service industry. Originally a directional surveyor himself, Stuart dedicated over 30 years of his career to developing software applications for a Fortune 500 oil and gas service company before embarking out on his own. It was during the global recession and subsequent collapse of the oil and gas industry in 2009 that Stuart identified the need for an affordable and user-intuitive well-planning and survey monitoring application designed specifically for use at the rig-site.
